Steel Sand Casting
Jofa steel casting processes include sand casting, investment casting(lost wax casting). Casting sand is resin sand or sodium silicate sand. Casting weight ranges from 10kgs to 20 tons.
Jofa is able to handle most steel materials according to DIN, ASTM, JIS, GB, BS, AS, etc. Our cast steel material includes carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, heat resistant steel. High manganese steel is often used for wear resistant parts such as crusher hammers, liners, blow bars, etc.
Jofa steel casting products are widely used in mining machinery, pump & valves, marine, agricultural machinery, oil & gas and many other industries.
