Iron casting is an important section in Jofa product lines. Casting processes include sand casting (resin sand, green sand), lost foam casting. Shell moulding is available for small and complicated parts. Casting weight ranges from 20g to 20 tons. And we have several moulding production lines for large amount and small-sized castings.

Jofa is able to handle most grey iron and ductile iron materials. High chromium cast iron is used for wear resistant parts such as crusher hammers, liners, blow bars, etc.
